To Whom It May Concern:

On May 13, 2021, my family had an appointment to have a large tree removed from our front yard. Having never had a tree removal professionally removed, we expected and all-day affair. We were up early in anticipation of “the event". They were a no show! When we called to check at about ten o’clock, we were told by the office that we were indeed scheduled for that day and they would be there. Great we thought! Now we are going to be at it until dark!

Finally, the first truck arrived at about three thirty, with trucks carrying a chipper, a small lift and a crane coming minutes later. They answered our questions, but set right to work! One man in the tree and a host of men on the ground, running the chipper, the small lift, and the rest continuously picking up sticks, or helping the men on machines.

Our family watched the entire time. It was like watching surgeons methodically snipping off limbs. There was no wasted action, and no down time. One by one the branches came off until all that was there was a trunk where a proud old tree had been. In a scant few minutes, the trunk was down, and lifted by the crane onto the truck it would leave in. Then the crew went into cleaning mode. Rakes, buckets, and blowers were a whirlwind of motion!

When the men were done, the only way to tell that they had been there was that the tree was missing! There were no sticks, leaves or sawdust as evidence to our tree's demise. These men were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I cannot sing the praises of these men or your company enough. They were an amazing group of men and an amazing group of your company’s representatives.

Oh, and our all-day tree removal? Scratch that. Maybe three or three and a half hours. Well done THE 1 TREE SERVICE! You have a very satisfied customer.

The crew did a great job clearing the tree branches away from my roof. I feel better that my house is safer now from falling branches. The crew was respectful of my property and they did a great clean up when they finished. If I ever need trees trimmed again, I will be calling Th e1 Tree Service
