Pruning Definitions

CC/Crown Clean - Removal of dead, dying, diseased, crossed, crowed & weakly attached limbs from a tree, diameter & amount of wood removed is appropriate to size, species & age. 

CT/Crown Thin - Selective removal of limbs to increase light & air in the tree's canopy & to reduce wind-sail. 

RB/Crown Raise & Balance - Under pruning to increase ground clearance 7' to 10'. 

C-RED/Crown Reduction - Cutting back to appropriate lateral to reduce the height or width of a tree. Also called "Drop Crotch" pruning it is the proper alternative to topping, an obsolete & ruinous practice. All crown reductions are done per man per hour - We bill at $100.00 per man per hour. We'll start your time 15min prior to arrival & end it when job is complete. If there is multiple days involved time will always have the 15min prior to arrival added. You may cap how much you'd like to spend on the project. However we can't guarantee that the crew will finish within the requested time. The minimum cap for an hourly job is $400 unless accepted with another item in proposal. 

HDW/Heavy Deadwood - Consist of 3" in diameter & over 1' long & larger pieces amount of wood removed is appropriate to size, species & age. Does not include dead tips or dead tops ask for dead tip or top reduction. 

FDW/Fine Deadwood - Diameter & amount of wood removed is appropriate to size , species & age. All fine dead-wooding is done per man per hour We bill at $100.00 per man per hour. We start your time 15min prior to arrival & end it when job is complete. If there is multiple days involved time will always have the 15min prior to arrival added. You may cap how much you'd like to spend on the project. However we can't guarantee that the crew will finish within the requested time. The minimum cap for an hourly job is $400 unless accepted with another item in proposal.  

CP/-Corrective Pruning - Training young tree for good form & structure. 

CLR/Clearance Pruning - Heading back or removing limbs &/or branches to increase clearance from buildings & lights. 6' to 12' off roof, 3' from side of buildings & lights were ever possible. (If any limbs and/or leads are being removed it will be written into proposal) 

BT/Bush Trimming - 1" to 2" taken off all the way around to give a manicured look. All bush trimming is done per man per hour-We bill at $100.00 per man per hour. We start your time 15min prior to arrival & end it when job is complete. If there is multiple days involved time will always have the 15min prior to arrival added. You may cap how much you'd like to spend on the project. However we can't guarantee that the crew will finish within the requested time. The minimum cap for an hourly job is $400 unless accepted with another item in proposal. 

HBT/Heavy Bush Trimming - Taking an over grown bush or hedge back to desired shape with no guarantee of look or health. All bush trimming is done per man per hour-We bill at $100.00 per man per hour. We start your time 15min prior to arrival & end it when job is complete. If there is multiple days involved time will always have the 15min prior to arrival added. You may cap how much you'd like to spend on the project. However we can't guarantee that the crew will finish within the requested time. Tree & Bush Removal Definitions 

We are not responsible for any ruts, divots or damage done to yard by tree removal or equipment. If you want a no grass damage estimate please let your estimator know before you schedule the job to be done. 

TR/Tree Removal - Removal of all wood big & small, leaves & saw dust cleaned up. 

SD/Storm Damage - Clean up tree damage after a storm. Stump grinding is not included with Storm Damage. 

BR/-Bush Removal - Removal of all wood big & small, leaves & saw dust cleaned up. Stump grinding is not included with bush removal. 

NGD/No Grass Damage - No damage done to grass if any is done then we will be responsible to repair it. 

LBW/Leave Big Wood - Leave all big wood. 

BWCU/Big Wood Cut Up - Leave all wood over 12" in diameter where it lays and cut into 16-20" rounds unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for removal sawdust or wood over 12" in diameter. 

LAM/Leave All Materials - Leave all big wood, limbs, branches, leaves & saw dust. ($$ MONEY SAVER $$) 

LC/Light Clean Up - After tree removal, all wood will be removed saw dust & leaves will be swept off of driveway, street & sidewalk & into yard. ($$ MONEY SAVER $$) 

B&W/Brush & Woodpiles - Any brush or wood that have been thrown together in piles will be done at hourly rates. We bill at $100.00 per man per hour. We start your time 15min prior to arrival & end it when job is complete. If there is multiple days involved time will always have the 15min prior to arrival added. You may cap how much you'd like to spend on the project. However we can't guarantee that the crew will finish within the requested time. The minimum cap for an hourly job is $400 unless accepted with another item in proposal. 

Stump Grinding Definitions 

SG/Stump Grinding -  Stumps are ground 3-8" below grade unless otherwise specified does not include surfaces roots. (further than 6"from base of stumps) and does not included hauling away any grinding. ( No clean up) Grinding are left were they lay. 

G&M/Grind & Mound -  Stumps are ground 3-8" below grade unless otherwise specified does not include surfaces roots. (further than 6"from base of stumps) Grindings are left mounded up. 

G&H/-Grind & Haul -  Stumps are ground 3-8" below grade unless otherwise specified does not include surfaces roots. (further than 6"from base of stumps) & haul all grinding debris level to grade. Does not include any rocks, landscape materials or mounds. 

SR/-Surface Roots -  Grind roots that can be seen on the surface of the ground 3-8" below grade unless otherwise specified. surface roots must be 1 inch or larger if you are looking for anything under 1 inch ask about our area grinding. Does not included hauling away any grinding. ( No clean up) Grinding are left were they lay. 

GR/Girdling Root Excision - Removal of truck-encircling roots to relieve vascular constriction. 

AG/Area Grinding -  This is when grinding is done in a pre-marked area not just a stump. Does not included hauling away any grinding. ( No clean up) Grinding are left were they lay.
